TRC Talent AI+ in Healthcare Technology Project

TRC’s client, a healthcare management consulting firm specializing in revenue cycle management and IT solutions, utilizes TRC’s Talent AI as a Service offering for high-volume and fast hiring within the healthcare space.

The client faced a high-stakes, system-wide Epic technology conversion project that required urgent staffing support. Early projections indicated a need for more than 100 resources across Epic certified roles, project management, and analytics — all with active certifications and at least three years of experience. The timeline was highly compressed, with project initiation mid-August and start dates set for September 1st. In addition, scope and role definitions evolved during the process, adding complexity to an already challenging initiative.

Our Solution

TRC mobilized in less than one business day, launching multiple Talent AI+ campaigns and activating a cross-functional recruiting team. Using automated screening, structured interviews, and multi-channel outreach, we accelerated hiring without compromising candidate quality. Collaboration across TRC’s leadership, recruiting, and enablement teams ensured agility as project needs evolved.

The Results

TRC demonstrated its ability to deliver at speed and scale under tight constraints, executing a highly efficient recruitment campaign from start to finish. Nearly 4,000 candidates were contacted, leading to 610 completed screenings and 153 professionals advancing to the interview stage. During the 13 days of active interviewing, TRC recruiters maintained an exceptional pace—averaging seven interviews and more than four qualified submittals per day. This focused effort resulted in 54 top-tier candidates submitted and 13 offers extended, underscoring TRC’s capacity to meet complex hiring demands with precision, quality, and speed.
