HR technologies 

The use of innovative HR technologies help us enhance a variety of recruitment-related processes primarily in skill matching and candidate engagement. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning techniques, as well as Chatbots, improve candidate job search, job match and job apply experience.  These technologies allow TRC recruiters to connect and engage candidates with relevant skills more quickly, allowing us to better support candidates in exploring jobs and delivering the best candidates to our clients quickly. 

Web beacons 

Our emails may include a single, campaign-specific ‘web beacon pixel’. This pixel tracks the opening of emails and verifies clicks on links within the email. The use of this information includes identifying which emails are more engaging for users, querying whether non-opened emails should continue to be sent and providing aggregate data to our advertisers regarding link clicks. The pixel is automatically deleted when you delete the email. If you prefer not to download the pixel to your device, consider selecting plain text emails instead of HTML.

Requesting about Your Personal Information: 

Requests can be made for the categories or specific pieces of personal information that TRC has collected; the type of sources where TRC obtained personal information about you; the business purposes for which TRC collected such data.  You can submit a Request to obtain a copy of the personal information. 

Deletion Request: 

You can request that deletion of any of your personal information that TRC has collected from you, with certain exceptions.  We may refuse your request if we are required by law to keep the information, or if the law otherwise permits us to keep information.  If we deny a request, you will be informed why the request was denied.  Fill in the deletion request form and submit your request. 

Request to Correct Personal Information: 

In situations where you want to request a correction to your personal information, you may do so by completing the Request form. 

Before any data requests are completed, your identity will be verified. You will be required to confirm the information previously collected about you.  Incomplete information or no prompt response for validation will result in disqualifying your request.  Reasonable efforts will be made to fulfill your request within 45 days; however, if additional time is required you will be notified.

This policy outlines the acceptable use of text messaging (SMS) for communication between TRC Staffing Services, Inc., d/b/a TRC Talent Solutions or “TRC, or “we” and candidates or “you” during the recruitment process candidate engagement via SMS responsibly and ethically.  We aim to ensure professional, respectful, and transparent communication and engagement while protecting candidate privacy and complying with regulations.  Our employees receive training on this policy and best practices for business text messaging. 

By engaging in text message communication with TRC, you acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply as per your individual mobile phone carrier plan. While we do not charge additional fees for sending or receiving text messages from our end, your carrier may charge you based on your specific plan details. We recommend checking your plan with your carrier for any associated costs before opting in to text message communication. 

Opt-In and Consent: 

We require clear and explicit consent from candidates before initiating text communication. This can be obtained through an opt-in checkbox on application forms, during phone calls, or through a clear opt-in message with instructions to reply “YES” to confirm.  We will clearly identify ourselves as TRC with 10DLC 7703921411 in every text message and explain the purpose of the communication.  Candidates can opt out of future text messages at any time by replying “STOP” or through a designated unsubscribe link. 

By accessing or otherwise using TRC’s text messaging, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the associated Terms of Service you expressly consent to the processing of your personal information and anonymous information according to this Privacy Policy.


Recurring Message Disclosure: 

Text messages are strictly limited to recruitment-related information, engagement, and updates, such as: 

  • Scheduling interviews or assessments 

  • Sharing application updates (shortlisted, moved forward, etc.) 

  • Evaluating your interest in job that we skill matched and/or checking your availability 

  • Sending reminders and confirmations
