How much support does TRC provide?

You will have access to TRC’s full operational support network, including marketing automation, Talent AI, CRM systems, HR, IT, payroll, and billing.

You will also work closely with Regional and Corporate partners who provide strategy, recruiting, and leadership support throughout your journey.

What does a typical week look like for a Market Leader?

You will manage the day-to-day performance of your market, lead your team, and build client relationships. Early on, you will focus on business development, local networking, and hiring key team members.

As your market grows, you will shift toward coaching your team, refining processes, and driving long-term revenue growth.

What kind of background do I need?

Most Market Leaders come from staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales management backgrounds. You should have experience leading teams, building client portfolios, and managing business operations.

You will receive a competitive base salary along with performance-based incentives tied directly to your market’s results.

You will use the same advanced systems that power TRC’s national operations, including Talent AI for sourcing and screening, a marketing automation platform for client engagement, and an integrated CRM that aligns marketing, sales, and recruiting activity.

What does the first 90 days look like?

Your first 90 days focus on building momentum. You will complete leadership onboarding, learn TRC’s systems and processes, and start meeting clients.

TRC will provide warm leads and brand activity in your market so you can generate business early.

Regional and Corporate teams will stay closely involved to ensure your success.

What is the long-term opportunity?

As your market grows, you will have the opportunity to expand your scope, take on additional regions, or move into larger leadership roles within TRC.

High-performing Market Leaders may also have the option to transition into franchise ownership in the future.
