What does a typical week look like for a Franchise Owner?

The timeline depends on your pace of preparation, market conditions, and how quickly you complete training and local setup.

Do I need staffing industry experience?

Industry experience is preferable. While experience in recruiting, HR, or sales can be very helpful, it’s not required. TRC’s Franchise Playbook provides a detailed operating framework, and our training covers everything from sales strategy to compliance and technology.

What kind of investment is required?

We believe in transparency from the start. During the discovery process, we’ll walk you through the $20,000 franchise fee, the estimated startup costs outlined in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and what to expect financially in your first year of operation.
