The Challenge

Following a workforce reduction, the client needed a strategy that could provide personalized support for impacted employees while reducing administrative burden on internal HR teams. They wanted to deliver a positive transition experience, maintain visibility into participant progress, and reinforce their commitment to employee wellbeing.

TRC’s Approach

TRC developed a 90-day outplacement program centered on personalized career coaching, transition planning, job search support, and ongoing engagement. The outplacement program provided employees with the tools, guidance, and resources needed to navigate their next career opportunity with confidence.

The Results

The outplacement program supported 50 employees through their career transition, with 23 participants securing new employment opportunities and many others actively interviewing or progressing through the hiring process. Beyond employment outcomes, the program helped the organization support employees with dignity while protecting its employer brand during a period of change.
